Together, we’ll gather in-person for a 12-week closed container designed to build safety, trust, and genuine support.
The holidays and family obligations can bring up old patterns. This group offers a training ground to practice new relational tools and cultivate habits that align with who you are becoming. We’ll attune to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural cycles of life.
Transformation comes through practice—but sustaining new ways of being is easier in community. If you tend to avoid, numb out, or disconnect, this group will provide accountability, encouragement, and space to grow at your own pace.
Just as training is essential for a race, performance, or concert, relational “muscle memory” can be cultivated. You can learn to move through connection with more ease, presence, and grace.
Each gathering begins with somatic and kundalini-based practices to ground and open the body. Everyone will have time to share, and each week one participant will receive more focused support, tailored to their needs.
This group is right for you if the quality of connection and safety you long for is also what you want to bring into the world. My intention is to create a microcosm for skillful, vibrant, and nurturing relationships.
